It’s a very good idea to use a small utensil to eat your meals from each time. Here are seven weight loss tips that you can use to create a weight loss plate for all your meals.
1. Eat breakfast from Scotch Whiskey glass instead of a cereal bowl.
2. Have your soup from an ice cream bowl instead of a regular soup bowl.
3. Place dinner on a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.
