Are you having sleepless nights? Are you sometimes lethargic? Do you have cloudy mind? Are you having serious menopause issues? Have you traveled to a third world country with poor water conditions? Have you visited Cuba and swam in their combined fresh water-sea water man-made swimming areas? Have you made the mistake of eating a mango or ackees that was washed in this salted water? You can get a parasite very easy and these things are relentless. They live on you the post and feed off you draining your body of its nutrients. In some cases, they can deplete your valuable nutrients and cause major health problems to occur.
Since most doctors don’t believe in any of this, no one will think that a parasite or being infested with parasites would be cause so you will continue to get worse and whatever condition it is will worsen to point of no return. Just as you eat every day and produce your own waste, the parasites eat every day too and produce their own waste. This waste will remain in your body and you will get perhaps bloated, feel unwell, suffer from insomnia and a host of other problems.
If you do anything for your health, every Spring, Summer and Winter do a colon cleanse, liver cleanse (you need your liver functioning properly to work with your kidneys to cleanse your blood). You need to re-sync your body and get it working properly so you benefit from what you are eating.

The scientists have named it “irisin”, after the Greek messenger goddess, and believe it is a promising candidate for developing drugs to treat diabetes, obesity and maybe even cancer.
Senior author Dr Bruce Spiegelman, from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, in Boston, Massachusetts, and colleagues, write about their findings in the January 11th online issue of Nature.
