How to Buy MacDonald’s and Still Lose Weight

At first glance, you will probably think what, are you kidding me? This is not a joke it is what I do occasionally so that I don’t feel deprived of fast food.  This way I can go out with my friends and still eat at MacDonald’s without any guilt or without adding any extra pounds.

  • Buy only the sandwich not the meal on any menu item
  • Buy no fries
  • Buy your sandwich with no cheese
  • Buy your sandwich with no sauce
  • Buy the fish sandwich it’s Alaskan Pollock
  • Add romaine/iceberg lettuce and tomatoes
  • Buy a large peppermint tea bag in black preferably with no added sugar this will aid in digestion
  • By omitting the cheese, you’ll get rid of some of the fat and salt.
  • By eliminating the tartar sauce, you’ll also omit more salt, fat and possible other chemicals such as MSG.

 

Remember that you need to also do what I do and exercise everyday for over one hour to raise your heart rate and fuel your metabolic rate.  This is something to only do on occasion to keep up your spirits and answer the call that one sometimes gets to eat some fast food when running around on an almost empty stomach.
